Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger

My boyfriend and I love grilling hamburgers on the George Foreman grill. We decided today to do our favorite grilled cheese bacon burger. Recipe and ingredients below.

Ingredients (this is for two burgers. One per person.)
2 lean ground beef patties (you can decide what size you'd prefer your patties to be. We accidentally had rather large patties.)
8 slices of bacon
4 slices of Nature's Own Honey Wheat bread
2 slices of Boar's Head Smoked Gouda
2 slices of Boar's Head Provolone
4 slices of Vermont White Cheddar
butter

Directions
Cook the patties until medium. We use the Foreman grill, but you can use an outdoor grill or frying pan.

While the patties are cooking, fry up the bacon. Set aside on paper towels to drain the grease.

Butter one side of all four pieces of the bread. Place in skillet butter side down. Place one slice of provolone on one slice of bread and one slice of the smoked Gouda on the other piece of bread. Layer the white cheddar on top of the provolone. Cook on medium-low heat until bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Once burgers are done, place between a slice of the Gouda bread and a slice of the provolone-white cheddar bread with some of the bacon slices. Serve with a salad. ENJOY!
